Ho Ho Ho!

For our final Christmas Drama Game, we divided into three teams and had only minutes to fashion a Santa costume out of paper and tape. No scissors were allowed!
The results were hilarious!

Merry Christmas!

Freeze and Go!

Our fun new game starts with one player posing two other players. Then the director calls "GO" and they have to make their positions make sense in the scene. A minute, the director calls , "FREEZE" and the two new players tap into the the current players places, taking their frozen positions.

The Velveteen Rabbit

Thanks so much to everyone for your hard work helping your child memorize their lines and putting together costumes. The play could not have gone any better. I am so proud of the children for their outstanding performance!

Just prior to the show, we stopped for a group photo.

The boy toy spirits paused before going into their toy cabinet.

Ho! Ho! Ho!

To celebrate the beginning of our Christmas break, we played a fun game of "Dress the Santa". The children were divided into three teams and given red paper, cotton balls, black paper, and masking tape and were challenged to see who could dress the best Santa. It was quite a challenge, bu lots of fun. when we get back from Christmas break, we will begin looking for a play to perform in the spring. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!!

December Fun

Poor Animal!
Our new favorite game is a test of an actor's concentration. One student pretends to be an animal and attempts to get the other students to laugh. The other students can only say, "Poor Animal". The children have gotten much better at it!
